What payment types are accepted?

Our payments are processed by Stripe who handles Billions of Dollars of transactions per year. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments from customers worldwide.

When are payments taken?

Monthly Membership subscription payments are taken on the same day of the month that you first signed up on. Annual Membership subscription payments will similarly be taken on the same day of the year that you first signed up on.

What if I don't have a Stripe account?

Stripe does not require any accounts to be used.


Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can. Please contact us and we will manually upgrade your account for you. Alternatively, you can set your membership to expire and then start your new membership yourself.

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Canceling will ensure your next scheduled payment is not taken. Your plan can be canceled immediately, or at the end of your current billing period.

Using the site

I've lost my username / password. What can I do?

If you do not have your password you can retrieve it by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login page. If you have forgotten your username, please contact us and will assist in identifying it for you.

How do I change my username?

You can change your username by logging in to the website and clicking "Edit Profile".


Another member is being abusive. What can I do?

We take any form of abuse very seriously. If you feel that a member is being abusive to yourself or another member then please contact us immediately including all details.
